What is the problem in particular? A layout issue? Deciding between the options? @hemalchevli and @afuevu_ are good resources.
C7,8,9,10 are not correct, you just need two caps, and connect the two leads to 1 and 3 and other cap on 4 and 5.
There are many reference schematic for rs 232.
On can add some protection components
I’m not evolving in a specific industry now. But I have some projects related to automotive.I design different kind of pcb ,will need support to review them.

I haven’t used that part myself, I think you can find this in the datasheet
