Do you guys think it is okay to have my esp board flush like this
The recommendation is either the antenna should be off the board or if it is flush have a 15 mm by 7 mm clearance around the antenna
Just asking in case someone has done it before and not noticed any issues with wifi/bluetooth otherwise i can poke it out
This is how i did mine, i ensure no copper is under and around the clearance area for the antenna @.br0
Ok I might move it to the top right on mine
I will keep the keep out area free of copper and components like you suggested
I guess there would still be copper under it though
No copper should be under it
Ok in that case I will keep it on the bottom right and let it stick out
