I’m currently working on a high frequency inverter, and I have learned the hard way by frying a good number of MOSFETs(IRF3205), the importance of snubbers cannot be over emphasized, and the importance of calculating for the snubber components. I initially used 1kv 103 cap and 4.7R just gotten from an open source design I saw. I’ll appreciate if anyone @here can give me pointers on designing snubbers.
